Led a team of 12 members as a technical specialist to work on various internal network BAU issues , client tickets & Run the company business projects. Tasked with resolving day-to-day issues of mobile network customers on the network underlay side & ensuring we meet our SLA. Overseeing the technical aspects of a client support team, including hiring and training technical support staff, assigning workloads, monitoring performance, resolving complex technical issues, ensuring timely client support, and maintaining a high level of technical expertise within the team to effectively address client needs. Team skillset upgrades, project developments, client expectations & regular discussions with remote team in Mumbai/Delhi /Bangalore along with team activities were some added team lead responsibilities.
