Senior Manager leading a team of 4 people with responsibilities on APAC Network Operations primarily in the Global Operations model along with team lead for APAC run the bank operations & projects model. Firefighting with Network BAU operations & then resolving it with proactive steps with change management & completing Incident management. Deployed Networks in one of the biggest offices in Mumbai for Morgan being a team lead for India & project owner for this project that spawned not only new DC’s but also further ODC’s to be deployed with same team. Team management, regular 1:1, working with consultants, internal mobility & promotions & annual reviews were additional part of job role. Vendor Management , Change Process & WAN deployment across regions were some of the responsibilities.
