Managed Network Operations for a stockbroking client. Served as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a major financial firm to its domestic & international clients. Team lead role involved not only BAU monitoring , additionally upgrading team knowledge/skillset & client requirement discussion to be provided to BU. On hands work on Extreme Networks, Juniper firewalls, Cisco & D-Link equipment.
